29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist. LOCATION: 66 Harold Street, Boston, MA SPECIFIC OPERATION: On November 14, 2023, employees were exposed to multiple hazards because the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections by a competent person. The workers were a sub-contractor roofing company hired by the controlling company Bauman R Solutions. There was not a representative from Bauman onsite.
