29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about November 20, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were installing joists and trusses to an apartment complex under new construction without using a fall protection system, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
