29 CFR 1910.26(d): The employer did not ensure that measures, such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, were used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semitrailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dockboard was placed, from moving while employees were on the dockboard: On or about November 17, 2023, an employee was exposed to injuries while operating a forklift in a docked semi-trailer and the employer had not ensured that the brakes on the truck were set and the wheels chocked to prevent the truck from moving.
