29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: 1. Located at 12175 Philips Highway Jacksonville, Florida, 32256. On or about November 21, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that eye protective equipment was being used when employees were exposed to struck by injuries while using battery powered nail guns.
