Curbs or bull rails installed after October 3, 1983, shall be at least 10 inches (25.4 cm) in height.  a)  Brennan Terminal Barge :  On or about 11/21/2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed third party contractors to a fall/struck by hazard  to vehicle operators of  falls of over 4 feet, in that the ramp used to gain vehicle access to the barge did not have curbs or bull rails.
