29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Part(s) of a scaffold that were damaged or weakened, such that the scaffold's strength was less than that required by paragraph (a) of this section, were not immediately repaired, replaced, braced to meet those provisions, nor removed from service until repaired. a) On or about November 15, 2023, employees were working from a multi-tiered scaffold system that had planks with cracks of lengths greater than the width of the board, exposing employees to a fall hazard of over 6-feet to concrete slab below.
