29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about November 16th , 2023, at 1119 48th Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards when a powered industrial truck (PIT) operator moved a forklift in reverse without ensuring he had a clear view of the direction and path of travel.
