29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about 11/27/2023; at the loading dock, the employer did not ensure a company owned truck, backed into the loading dock, used wheel blocks while forklift operators were loading merchandise boxes containing food products into its trailer. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
