29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Location: Wing E, hallway, training area and office: On or about November 16, 2023, roof leak that caused water intrusion throughout the ceiling, walls and floors was not contained. The condition contributed to hazardous mold growth that affected the workers' health.
