29 CFR 1910.305(h)(7):29 CFR 1910.305(h)(7): Portable cables were operated with splices that were not permanent molded, vulcanized, or other approved type: a) On or about November 28, 2023 at the site located at 7124 Corbina Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70607, the power cord to the motor for the screen was spliced with wire nuts and electrical tape and not with an approved type of splice.
