29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Coyote Roofing Inc., 10165 Amethyst Way, Parker, CO, 80134: On or before November 27, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that five employees removing and installing shingles on a multi-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 6-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 11 to 18 feet to the ground.
