29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Employers must ensure that rigging equipment has permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. On or about November 28, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while utilizing an alloy steel chain to lift form boards, and manholes that did not have identification tag such manufacture, size and capacity.
