29 CFR  1904.29(b)(1): 1904.29(b)(1):  A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation.   (a) On or about December 5, 2023, Case #134959248, for the injury that occurred on October 6, 2023, the entry was not completed in the detail, required by the regulation. Section F did not provide the description of injury or illness, Sections G through L were blank and did not indicate whether the injury resulted in days away or restricted time.  (b) On or about December 5, 2023, Case #135054331, for the injury that occurred on November 7, 2023, the entry was not completed in the detail, required by the regulation. Section F did not provide the description of injury or illness, Sections G through L were blank and did not indicate whether the injury resulted in days away or restricted time.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
