29 CFR 1910.180(h)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure that the crane was not loaded beyond the rated load capacity. a-322 Colfax Ave, Pompton Lakes NJ: Employees were exposed to boom collapse as a truck mounted crane was overloaded during a tree trimming operation causing the boom to collapse into a neighboring yard. Condition observed on or about 11/28/2023.
