29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 5812 S Laurel Pl, Littleton, CO, 80123: On or about October 11, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 8 feet 6 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on a residential house without fall protection. The employer signed paperwork with the General Contractor stating that fall protection would be used by employees working at heights above 6 feet, but did not have any fall protection onsite at the time of the inspection.
