29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Supplies closet near laundry room; On or about November 28, 2023 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards in that the exit door was missing the handle hardware that operates the latching mechanism.
