Location: 67-72 S Essex Ave., Orange, NJ a. Employees were observed engaged in masonry construction activities, on the second level, in close proximity to an unprotected site edge without any means of fall protection. Thereby exposing employees to an approximate 20 ft fall hazard. Violation Occurred on or About 11/29/2023 b. Employees were observed engaged in masonry construction activities, on the third level, in close proximity to an unprotected site edge without any means of fall protection. Thereby exposing employees to an approximate 7 ft fall hazard. Violation Occurred on or About 11/29/2023
