29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On November 29, 2023, at a residential construction site, employees performing decking activities without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 10 feet to the ground below. Miguel Espinoza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499092, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 2, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 2613 Tinsley Dr., Mansfield, TX. 76063.
