Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. 1. 35 Spring Street, WALLINGTON, NJ 07057 On or about November 29th 2023 as per witness onsite foreman Fabiano Santa of Euro Concrete Corp. an employee was engaged in framing activities at an unprotected edge and suffered a fall hazard of approximately10ft to the ground. A means of fall protection had not been utilized.
