29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Jarquin Roofing LLC, 10643 Clarke Farms Drive, Parker, CO, 80134 (Douglas County): On or before November 29, 2023, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a multi-level roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Jarquin Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688754, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4092 Silver Star Grove, Colorado Springs, CO, 80906. Jarquin Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476828, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4625 Broadmoor Bluffs Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
