29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: On or about November 21, 2023, at a residential building, an extension ladder was not setup to at an angle to prevent the ladder from sliding out of position and was used by an employee to access the roof which exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
