29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer provided a portable fire extinguisher that was not mounted, located and identified so that it was readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. On or about November 29, 2023, employer did not ensure to mount, locate and identify a portable fire extinguisher. This condition exposed employee to fire hazards.
