Kroger was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573131, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 22150 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, TX.
