29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed  a) At 306 Coconut Drive, Lot adjacent to lot 270, Bloomingdale, GA 31302: on or about November 30, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that a-frame ladders were not used in the open position on stable ground and were not used for the purpose in which they were designed.
