Quest Technology Edge 5 dosimeter (Serial # EST080227) placed on an employee conducting shift lead operations was exposed to noise at a level of 81.1% of the allowable limit during a 480 minute sampling period on March 25, 2024; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 88.4 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  B.	Quest Technology Edge 5 dosimeter (Serial # EST080228) placed on an employee conducting machine press (steak press) operations was exposed to noise at a level of 160.1% of the allowable limit during a 480 minute sampling period on March 25, 2024; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 93.3 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  C.	Quest Technology Edge 5 dosimeter (Serial # EST080229) placed on an employee conducting welding operations was exposed to noise at a level of 76.4% of the allowable limit during a 480 minute sampling period on March 25, 2024; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 30 minutes not sampled. This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 88 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
