29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support:  a)  At 524 Split Branch Avenue, Lot 54 Estates at Live Oak, Fairhope, Alabama:  On November 29, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 3 inches to the ground below.
