29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:  New Construction Site: 48-15 Astoria Boulevard, Astoria, NY 11106.  a) Employees engaged in masonry activities including brick laying used hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, Spec Mix Portland Lime and Sand Masonry Mortar (containing sand, silica, quartz 40-70% and Portland cement 10-30% ) The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program; on or about 11/29/2023.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

A Hazard Communication training program was not in place; on or about; on or about 11/29/2023.
