29 CFR  1910.263(e)(2)(i):Vertical mixers did not comply with paragraph (e)(1)(i) and did not have moving parts completely enclosed:  Employees engaged in baking operations located at 8247 Hascall Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68124, were exposed to amputation hazards in that employees were using two 80-quart Hobart mixers without guards to protect against the point of operation.

29 CFR  1910.305(b)(1)(iii)(F):The raceway is fastened at its outer end and at other points as necessary;   Employees engaged in bakery operations located at 8247 Hascall Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68124, were being exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that the conduit that supplied 480V  power to the 80 quart mixers was not fastened exposing internal wiring.
