29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a. On and before October 14, 2023, Colorado Roof Builders LLC as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of A&L Painting (subcontractor) were protected from injury in that employees were conducting roofing operations at heights over 12 feet on a single story steel building without the use of fall protection. This condition exposes to employees to fall hazards. Colorado Roof Builders LLC did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person.
