On or about November 30, 2023, employees were exposed to fire hazards while working at a facility with exits routes that were obstructed. a. On the east side, inside an office, an exit was blocked by an air conditioning unit. b. On the east side, in the receiving area, an exit was blocked by a metal cage and a trash can.
