29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about December 4, 2023, and at time prior thereto, at a newly constructed commercial building, where employees were exposed to a fall hazards when performing working from and on the railing of a basket attached to the Ingersoll-Rand VR-843C forklift, without the forklift being designed for such use.
