29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At 2470 Gordon Hwy., Building 7, Augusta, GA: On or about 12/4/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while performing framing operations at heights of approximately 29-feet to the lower ground level, in that the use and or connection of fall protection systems was not enforced as all safety equipment was available onsite located in the work truck.
