29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. On or about December 05, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roof repair to a commercial building at heights over 6 feet without any fall protection.
