29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support:  a)  At 24149 Paprika Lane, Lot 40 Summer Salt, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On December 5, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
