On or about December 04, 2023, at a residential construction site located on 400 Yardly Cypress in Houston, TX, two employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing framing work in a one-story house without a fall protection system.

On or about December 04, 2023, at a residential construction site located on 400 Yardly Cypress in Houston, TX, two employees were exposed to fall hazards when trying to climb on and off the top part of the residential home being constructed without proper access.
