29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) Worksite was located at 510 Evergreen Avenue, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720  Two workers  were exposed to fall hazards of two stories to ground while they worked to install windows from the abutment roof and window frames of the third floor with no fall protection.   Violation was observed on or about December 5, 2023.  b) Worksite was located at 510 Evergreen Avenue, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720  One worker  was exposed to fall hazards of one story to ground while they worked to install windows from the abutment roof of the second floor with no fall protection.   Violation was observed on or about December 5, 2023.  c) Worksite was located at 510 Evergreen Avenue, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720  One worker  was exposed to fall hazards of approximately six feet to ground while they worked to install first floor windows from the foundation retaining wall in the side yard with no fall protection.   Violation was observed on or about December 5, 2023.
