29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) At 474 Logging Hill Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: on or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that he allowed his employees to perform construction activities without fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard exceeding 9 feet. Romero Lazcano dba Romero Lazcano was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396775; citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at site address 552 E Main Street Building 20, Statesboro, GA 30458.
