29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 1009 North Boundary Road, Cranberry, PA: On or about December 5, 2023, during framing activities on the roof, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used by an employee where a fall hazard of up to approximately 28 feet existed.
