29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a.	On or about 12/07/2023, at 1424 CR 237 Oxford, FL, 34484, employees were not wearing safety glasses, while using a pneumatic gun/wand to blow built-up dirt/debris from under the lines/conveyors and drive roller (tail pulley) from the conveyors, in that the compressed air supplied to the pneumatic gun/wand was set to 110 PSI and the air gun/wand was not equipped with a safety tip nozzle, nor was effective chip guarding used, therefore exposing the employees to the hazards of the release of the compressed air and flying debris.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a. On or about 12/07/2023, at 1424 CR 237 Oxford, FL, 34484, employees, including line workers, yard workers and a maintenance technician were working throughout the plant and yard, during which time the belt and drive roller (tail pulley) on the line #2, stick belt #2 conveyor system located in the yard was not equipped with at least one primary guard; therefore exposing the employees to an in-going pinch-point/amputation hazard.

On or about 12/07/2023, at 1424 CR 237 Oxford, FL, 34484, employees were using a pneumatic gun/wand to blow built-up dirt and debris from the lines/conveyors and drive roller (tail pulley) in the plant and the yard, during which time the compressed air was set to 110 PSI, therefore exposing the employees to the hazards of released compressed air and flying debris.
