29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 2804 Crompond Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY a) On or about December 6, 2023 two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground below while engaged in roofing work on a 6-on-12 pitch roof without a means of fall protection in place. b) On or about December 6, 2023 two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground below while engaged in roofing work on a 6-on-12 pitch roof without using an anchor point in accordance with the manufacturer's intended use.
