29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite: 42-33 248 Street, Littleneck, NY 11363 On or about December 6th, 2023. Employees were performing framing work on the roof of a 2 story 2 family residential home, approximately 30ft. above the ground and were not protected from falling. Note: The employer needs to submit abatement certification for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
