On the 2nd floor at a residence, located at 1625 West Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, Florida 33950: On or about 12/4/23, the employer exposed a subcontractors employees to fall hazards, in that they did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program that provides frequent and regular inspections by a competent person.
