29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On the 2nd floor at a residence, located at 1625 West Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, Florida 33950: On or about 12/4/23, the employer exposed a subcontractors employees to fall hazards, in that they did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program that provides frequent and regular inspections. Leola Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442159, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/19/20, with respect to a workplace located at 16758 Secret Meadow Drive, Odessa, Florida 33556.
