29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, Valor Roof and Solar, Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that effective frequent and regular inspections of jobsites and equipment were performed. Subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet in that harnesses worn by employees were not attached to lifelines or ropes and anchor systems while conducting residential roofing operations.
