29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. (a) 16600 East Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80015. On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from using a pneumatic nail gun to secure shingles to a residential roof without wearing eye protection. Abatement Note: Abatement Certification required for this item.

On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, did not ensure its employees were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while conducting roofing operations on a single-family residential home.
