29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) 20274 East Maplewood Place, Centennial, CO 80015. On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure its employees conducting re-roofing construction operations on a residential home were protected from fall hazards by ensuring the ladder used to gain access to the roof was 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
