29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about December 4, 2023 and at times prior, at 4465 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33076, frequent and regular inspections were not performed to ensure that open sided floors and/or wall openings were provided with guardrails, exposing subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of 30 feet.
