29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s). a. On or about November 29, 2023, in the production area, the employer failed to provide complete guarding on the Stokes Model DS3 Rotary Tablet Press, as the guarding did not prevent employees accessing the point of operation and rotating parts. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with unguarded points of operation and rotating parts during the operating cycles.
