29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment. On or before December 5, 2023 Orion Engineered Carbon Ivanhoe DirectAIR Module, desiccant dryer panel, rear actuator tower B and right side of dryer. The employer did not that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification for employees who tested inlet and outlet valves at to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.
