29 CFR  1910.36(a)(3): An opening into an exit was not protected by a self-closing fire door that remains closed or automatically closes in an emergency upon the sounding of a fire alarm or employee alarm system. Each fire door, including its frame and hardware, must be listed or approved by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. Section 1910.155(c)(3)(iv)(A) of this part defines "listed" and � 1910.7 of this part defines a "nationally recognized testing laboratory.":  On or about December 7, 2023, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure the fire rated door separating the cut room and build room labels were visible to identify the certifying authority or fire rating of the door.

29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition:  On or about November 20, 2023, the employer failed to ensure the markings on the data plate of Caterpillar, Model: GP 90, S/N 5AM91920 was legible and contained all of the required information.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  On or about November 20, 2023, employees in the cut room were using spray paint to mark product and the container was not labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and the hazards of the chemical.
